Rein-beer!
Oh yes, you heard that right.
My sorority’s holiday/graduation party was Friday and along with a secret santa gift exchange, we also did a “white elephant” gift exchange. I think secret santa is pretty common, but I’ll explain white elephant, in case you don’t know what it is (because it seems to have many different names). White elephant gift exchanges are where you bring a cheap gag gift or some random unwanted item, they’re wrapped and put in a pile. Everyone that is playing along gets a chance to pick one gift and open it, the next person has the option to open a gift also or steal another person’s already opened gift. We usually put a limit of 3 steals on gifts because other wise it will get out of hand and take forever. It’s over once everyone has a gift.
So this year I got crafty and found this awesome idea on pinterest! This is extremely easy. All I did was wrap some brown craft pipe cleaners around the top and hot glue some pompoms and googly eyes on the bottle.
Spot was a great help… I put them back in the fridge so she couldn’t destroy their antlers.
The rein-beer was a pretty good hit too, it got stolen all 3 times. All college kids like rein-beer!
